Consultant, Technology Consulting, Technology Solution Delivery - Agile Transformation - Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1506889), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ. Help businesses realize the value from their IT investments supporting strategy, improving the customer experience and driving growth. Provide advice on technology enablement and the impact of IT in major program transformations. Research emerging technologies and make recommendations to increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. Lead projects for Technology Change Delivery, managing standalone projects or elements of multiple client engagements. Advise clients on maximizing the value of their IT solutions through leading IT methodologies and processes such as PMBOK, Prince2, Six Sigma, CMMI, product management, systems development life cycles. Train the systems’ end users and write instruction manuals. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of work experience at a financial services company delivering advisory services on IT infrastructure or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services on IT infrastructure. Must have 4 years of experience in large-scale, portfolio, program management experience in core project management process areas such as scheduling, budgeting, resource and quality management. Must have 4 years of experience in managing the technical direction of a project from initiation and requirements through design, build, testing, and implementation using frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. Must have 4 years of experience with complex information systems and technology organizations. Must have 4 years of experience scheduling and delivering technology implementations that include multiple components with tight interdependencies and governance. Must have 3 years of experience communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and/or Visio. Must have 3 years of experience with at least 3 of the following Technical Competencies: - IT Transformation and Complex Program Management - Transformation Management Office - Program / Transformation Governance - Technical Delivery and Agile Transformation - Agile Coaching - Business and IT Alignment - Program / Portfolio Architecture - IT Systems Integration and Separation - IT Service / Delivery Management, including Shared Services - IT Cost Optimization, Budget / Financial Management and Enterprise Resource Management - IT Configuration Management - IT Organizational Change Management Must have 3 years of experience in the following delivery skills: - Project scoping/sizing - Team Staffing with the appropriate skill set - Subject matter direction and guidance to a team - Communications management with project sponsors - Delivery management of an engagement workstream Must have 3 years of experience applying knowledge of IT functions and IT operations to enable effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline. Requires domestic travel up to 60% to serve client needs, of which 25% may be international.
