Pennsylvania State Job Bank Print Shop Team Member in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania
Position:
Part Time 12:15-5:15 Monday - Friday, Will be asked to work more hours as needed while shop is open 7:30am to 5:00pm. If we find we need you full time consistently then your schedule will increased to full time. Working hours outside of when the shop is open is extremely rare and may never happen.
$12/hr, raises yearly After probation period (2 mos) benefit time for the remainder of the year is awarded. IRA plan available after first full year.
Position includes:
All aspects of customer service and production of all products
Experience:
At least 2 years of successfully working with the public. No other experience necessary but a friendly disposition is a must. You must be able to communicate with customers to understand what they need, make recommendations as appropriate, and then produce the order. Computer Skills are a must. You don't have to know the programs already but must be able to learn them. Some basic design skills helpful. We receive most orders through email and communicate with customers through email as well as in person and on the phone.
We use Square Cash Register system. All employees must learn how to price all items produced.
- Copies - full color, black and white, large format. Each machine has multiple settings that must be understood to operate and achieve end result
- Large format full color poster printers
- Lamination - pouch and roll
- Cutting to specs on ream cutter.
- Operating Business card slitter and perforator
- Folding machine
- Production of signs and other items using UV ink sign machine 2ft x 3ft bed.
- Production of cut vinyl and installation
- And many other small tasks
