Responsibilities
Responsible for performing payment runs weekly for multiple entities.
Receiving, coding, and processing invoices.
Ensuring that proper documentation is stored for all accounts payable transactions.
Ad-hoc projects in conjunction with the accounting and finance department as needed.
Skills
Disbursements/Check Runs (2 years of experience is required)
Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required)
Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required)
