job summary:
Create, update, and maintain master data records in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Monitor and improve data quality by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data.
Support data integration efforts by ensuring seamless and accurate data flow between systems.
Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, data dictionaries, and metadata.
Generate and distribute reports on data quality and master data metrics to stakeholders.
Provide support and training to business users on master data management processes and tools.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in the implementation of best practices in data management.
