Responsibilities

  • Work on regional site-based projects including M&A and model site standardization initiatives.

  • Setup, maintain and troubleshoot site Wan, Lan and Windows Server infrastructure

  • Provide technical assistance to computer users including the use of computer hardware, software & peripherals.

  • Setup, maintain and support Audio/Video desk and room systems.

  • Set up IT equipment for BrandSafway employees including installation of computer, computer peripherals and cabling to BrandSafway standards.

  • Provide one to one and group training on tech used within BrandSafway. Including IT inductions.

  • Regular planned visits across BrandSafway sites, completing checklists of activity.

  • Identify, manage and triage critical support issues working with internal IT and 3rd parties.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher in IT or related field.

  • 3+ years IT experience related to End User Compute

  • Ability to communicate in effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high-performance team.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to speak and communicate in English, any other languages considered a plus.

  • Experience with the following:

  • Routers, Switches, VPNs, and WAPs

  • Networking – Ethernet, DNS, FTP, LAN, WAN & NaaS.

  • Network Management tools

  • Configuration and support of Meraki and CISCO technologies

  • Expertise in End User Compute technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, browsers, networking, file sharing, Cloud technologies, Active Directory, printing, collaboration technologies (including meeting rooms), desktop and mobile user environments.

  • Strong performance analysis skills of local and wide area networks

  • Show initiative, be motivated by technology.

  • Strong technical acumen and attention to detail.

  • Ability to provide desk side and remote IT support.

  • Excellent communications and customer service skills.

  • Ability to provide one to one and group training
