What’s a typical day as a Sales Manager? You’ll be:

• Responsible for driving business growth of Excel's Phosphonates / Performance Solutions business in the USA

• Achieving annual sales targets for the US business

• Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients like Veolia, Ecolab, etc.

• Collaborating with channel partners to ensure customer service levels and business development

• Participating in formulating the business growth strategy for the US market

• Coordinating with the India office and local supply chain to ensure service levels to US customers

• Providing market information to the head office

• Managing receivables and ensuring statutory compliances of the US office

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a degree in Chemistry with a post-graduate degree in Management

• Have 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development of specialty and performance chemicals

• Have experience selling specialty and performance chemicals to the water treatment and oilfield chemicals segments

• Have exposure to selling to the soaps and detergents and I&I Cleaner segments (added advantage)

• Have experience in selling to and key account management of clients like Veolia, Ecolab, etc.

• Preferred prior experience in sales of Phosphonates to Water Treatment and Oilfield Chemical Segments
