NEW AGE SATELLITES & SECURITY Service Coordinator Assistant in HOUSTON, Texas

New Age Security Service Coordinator Assistant job responsibilities:

-Monthly inspections list maintenance, checking for outstanding invoices and that service reminders and recurring charges are correct. - Client contact both by email and phone. - Emailing invoices. -Collecting payments (through Chase Orbital or collect bank draft information and hand off for processing. - Apply payment(s) to the account(s). - Noting the accounts as I go along. - Map out jobs to minimize tech drive times. - Scheduling the inspections - Sending tickets/list to the tech(s) - Follow up with techs/clients as needed. - Receive/create inspection reports - Email reports to clients, following up on any invoices or repairs needed. - Create a quote for repairs if needed and get client approval for partial payment up front. - Follow up on quotes to collect and schedule as needed. - Close out the tickets daily, once jobs are confirmed completed - Submit to The Compliance Engine when needed and add locations on occasion. - Update my list(s) and map(s) as needed.

  • Contact Southwest Dispatch to place systems on test as needed by techs in the field and update any changes in client contact information.
  • Email correspondence and answer phones. *Take and send messages if needed.
  • Prepare for weekly Monday conference call (if leading, or take notes)
  • Update on Monday.com as needed.
  • Update client contact information on the accounts as needed.
  • Communicate with co-workers and management as needed and support them when needed.
  • Order parts as needed, I usually ordered through Shamica.
  • Discuss invoicing with clients as needed.
