Do you have a passion for precision metalwork and a knack for creating high-quality, lasting welds? We're seeking a skilled Welder to join our growing team! If you're committed to excellence and have experience in welding, we want to hear from you. Qualifications:
Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques.
Proficiency in working with aluminum, stainless steel, and thin sheet metal.
Experience in fabricating enclosures for electrical components is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Competitive starting wage of $21-$23 per hour, with the potential to increase to $24-$25 per hour after 90 days, based on performance and skills.

Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding on various materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and thin sheet metal.
Fabricate different enclosures for electrical components, such as cable top boxes, NEMA enclosures, and switchracks.
Read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures to ensure accurate and precise welds.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality workmanship in all tasks.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure all welding work complies with safety regulations and standards.
