Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Lead Directory Services & Messaging Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will provide expertise and support across a range of areas, including Active Directory/Azure, DNS, PKI, and Messaging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, support and ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Active Directory/Azure in our organization.
Maintain and administer Infoblox DNS and PKI environments.
Oversee Exchange 2016 on-premises, O365, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
Use your expertise to guide Tiered Administration of Active Directory, ensuring efficient and secure access.
Implement measures for Active Directory Disaster Recovery, to protect against data loss or service interruption.
Develop and maintain Active Directory Malware protection, ensuring our systems remain secure against potential threats.
Provide administrative support for Azure Entra ID.
Develop and enforce policies for Azure Conditional Access.
Contribute to the management and support of Workspace One, our mobile device management tool.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to directory services, messaging and DNS.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Infoblox DNS, and PKI administration.
Proficiency in managing Azure Entra ID and Azure Conditional Access.
Experience managing Exchange 2016 on-premise, O365, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
Sound understanding of Active Directory Tiered Administration, Disaster Recovery and Malware protection.
Ability to analyze, solve, and prevent complex problems in the aforementioned fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical topics.
Strong team player, willing and able to collaborate with a high-performing team.
