ALLO Communications Marketing State Lead in Hudson, Colorado

Responsible for implementing data-driven strategies to increase our marketing efforts and grow market share, and to retain brand and process consistency during ALLO's growth. We're searching for an individual who is ready to learn the ins and outs of ALLO while being able to evaluate and report on the ever-changing marketing and advertising landscape. In this role, your day will be a balancing act of evaluating metrics, supporting marketing tactics, understanding marketing initiatives, and introducing new opportunities and tactics.

Job Responsibilities: Monitor Market Share: Utilize reports and market research to continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Local Event and Marketing Opportunities Research: Work closely with the ALLO Events Team for local and PON-focused events within markets. Evaluate their potential impact on our targeted PONs within the local market and develop strategies to leverage these opportunities effectively. Collaborate with Events and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the events teams to align marketing strategies with event participation. Help maximize impact and ROI, provide guidance and support in developing pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing materials and activities. Advocate for local involvement and innovative opportunities to source and identify advertising opportunities. Increase Marketing Efforts: Drive the initiative with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, advertising opportunities, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement within the state's markets. Leverage local and state relationships for added-value opportunities. Grow Market Share: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and expand our customer base. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with Operations: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and events. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with Residential Sales: Align marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, helping to guide sales tactics and enhance competition within markets. Work with Residential Sales Manager to coordinate and maximize market share growth within assigned market. Streamline seamless communication of customer feedback to improve marketing and sales approaches. Track and Analyze Results: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Regularly track and analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive more sales growth.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or related fields and/or commensurate experience. Proven marketing and media experience, focusing on market growth and ROI analysis.

Skills and Abilities: Efficient communicator with the ability to communicate and collaborate by phone, over email, or in person. Ability to be self-directed and quickly shift from task to task. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools and techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demon trate the ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and drive results. Competence to learn and grasp new concepts and work through problems.

Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $50,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience.
