Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Hudson, Ohio
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team located in Hudson, Ohio. The role will involve working in the office three days a week while the remaining two days will be work-from-home. The Help Desk Analyst II will be tasked with providing advanced third-level diagnostics and analytics of failed store systems hardware, acting as a central communication point to internal IT teams, IT vendors, and other business groups, and possessing strong analytical skills to research repeat incidents.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced third-level diagnostics and analytics of failed store systems hardware.
• Monitor and react to assigned service now incidents in a timely manner to ensure SLAs are met.
• Act as a central communication point to internal IT teams, IT vendors, and other business groups during situational issues.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to manage communication effectively.
• Collaborate with internal IT team members and outside vendors to escalate and manage issues.
• Ensure timely closing of incidents with minimal business interruption.
• Possess strong analytical skills to research repeat incidents and identify trends.
• Predict future areas of failure that may cause business interruption.
• Have knowledge in various skills such as Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, and Retail. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
• Familiarity with Database systems
• Expertise in EO/IR systems
• Experience with Lotus Notes
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications
• Understanding and ability to work with Active Directory
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Ability to provide Deskside Support
• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware
