Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse employees to achieve business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness. This role involves counseling and supporting hourly employees, addressing performance behaviors, applying problem-solving processes, improving workplace organization, and conducting safety audits. The supervisor will plan daily workloads, support shift performance, enforce shop rules, and advance skills through development plans.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The position is based in a 404,000 sq ft warehouse facility, with roughly 100 employees across two shifts. The role requires ability to work either 8am-4:30pm or 11:30am-7pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime is minimal. The facility operates under a business casual dress code, with required PPE on the plant floor. A laptop and cell phone will be provided if necessary. This facility is a parts distribution center that handles shipments and deliveries for a dealership network.
