[ Iron Mountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Business Financial Analyst [ supporting the International organization in the Apache Attack Helicopter Project Management Office [ (AAH-PMO) based in the Huntsville, AL area. This position will serve as a business financial analyst for [ International Programs and FMS for the AH-64D/E within the AAH-PMO. The candidate for this position [ must be able to work independently, often acting without direct supervision, and be able to build strong [ relationship across multiple project offices with all levels of government employees.

  • Research and cost analysis for the development of Price and Availability (PandA) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
  • Perform case development in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
  • Prepare Pricing and Availability (PandA) data and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Modifications/Amendments, and MISIL Obligational Authority Case Revisions.
  • Develop FMS case package through technical research, gathering pricing data, and conducting analysis.
  • Track the development and execution of FMS budgets and funding documents including Obligational Authority (OA) Worksheets, Work Requests, and Procurement Request.
  • Maintain general ledgers and track commitments, obligations, expenditures, and requisition execution.
  • Provide supporting documentation for reported actions in support of implementation, execution, reconciliation and closure of FMS cases.
  • Prepare financial reports (Case, RSN, PDLI summaries, FMR/CRR Sheets, and general case ledgers), briefs and other financial tasks associated with execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.
  • Keep PM informed of technical status of assigned tasks, significant events, controversial issues, program reviews, and other relevant issues.
  • Be able to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Travel is estimated at <10%
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
