Supply Chain Operations: Supply Chain Operations Analyst :
The contractor shall support the Program Management and Data management in performing a technical and programmatic review of all requirements and data products. The contractor shall recommend strategy for product support and sustainment over time as well as impacts on current supply chain data governance.
The contractor shall determine technical specifications required and shall distribute requirements into workflow areas, communicate with leadership and maintain a portfolio of products to include data research, analysis, metrics, workflows, and architecture.
The contractor shall serve as SCO technical and sustainment manager /executor for the AMC Predictive Analytics Suite (APAS) and Vantage data platform.
The contractor shall analyze data requirements and map and manage evolving requirements to capabilities in APAS, Vantage, Advance Analytics (ADVANA), and Strategic Support Area Business Reporting Environment (SABRE).
The contractor shall analyze data, conduct data engineering and data product development, and deliver data products in Palantir Foundry, Power BI or Tableau.
The contractor shall create Power BI datasets that enable the creation of Power BI Reports. Build tailored Power BI Reports to support enterprise leadership decision-making.
Experience: More than two years of experience providing analysis and solutions to supply chain and industrial operations challenges. One year of experience should be directly related to Army Materiel Command; the Army Organic Industrial Base and Supply Management (OIB & SMA).
Education: Masters in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
Skills: Project management and supply chain management.
