TEKsystems Senior Business Analyst in Huntsville, Texas
Description:
We are looking for an experienced senior Business Analyst to work in a remote/hybrid environment in Huntsville.
For this role, we are Senior Business Analyst who can come in and build out BA processes and work with the existing team members and help mentor them and train them. The BA needs some technical knowledge or background – experience working in a Dynamics or Power Platform Environment would be great! Texas Government experience is a must have.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bridge gaps between tech and business users.
• Assist the Enterprise Architect with documentation
• Be a role model for the BA team
• Provide mentorship and guidance on what we should be looking for to hire in the future
• Work with SME's on what's required - bridging the gap between apps
• There are no As-is to be documents or user stories so need to be able to help create that for the team
• Know what servers and VM, power platform, azure or Microsoft background , any Microsoft Dynamics background ; someone that is able to look at a data flow, database repository on an architectural design
