We are hiring a technically savvy Product leader to lead a talented product team and to craft rich end to end experiences for Consultants, Cloud Solution Architects, and other front line delivery roles. As a Principal Product Management Manager, you will formalize the vision and frame roadmaps that stitch critical capabilities likes skills, availability, time tracking, insights etc to enable contextual, personalized & intelligent productivity scenarios for these enterprise users.

Responsibilities

You would join the team as a product Leader to help us augment, compliment and build new capabilities to scale our existing state-of-art platform. This is a people management role and you’ll have immediate impact by:

  • Vision: Understand our customers, stakeholders, users and business need to develop a vision that brings to light moment that matter through actionable insights and intelligence

  • Drive the vision, design the product, build product roadmaps, and capture and apply end user and developer insights to guide future investments

  • Provide thought leadership on future solution strategy across multiple systems and organizations in response to changes in the business landscape

People Management:

  • Build and lead a world-class product team

  • Foster strong working relationships across partner, business and engineering stakeholders

  • Support team members career growth through mentoring, succession planning and working to find appropriate growth opportunities for employees

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the delivery of enterprise scale platforms

  • Overall 14+years of experience is a must

  • 3+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build results-oriented product teams

  • A Bachelor's Degree AND product management or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

  • Solid understanding of how Enterprise Services teams function, especially Talent Management

  • Love pushing for clarity in communication and can explain large, complex systems, in simple-straightforward language. Proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations

  • Ability to adapt quickly to lead programs/projects and to enable innovation, thirst for continual learning and passion to motivate and grow people.

  • Experience working in a global delivery model
