Microsoft Corporation Principal Product Manager in Hyderabad, India
We are looking for technical leaders with strong hands on experience in building large scale distributed systems to process billions of M365 cloud user's data. As a part of M365 Cloud team, we are building platforms that can extract M365 user data to power intelligence experiences, schedule data processing jobs to enrich user data and signals in M365 cloud and provide REST API access to user data through M365 Graph. We expect strong architecture and design skills to improve data processing capabilities of M365 cloud.

Responsibilities
Foster an inclusive work environment and incorporate and champion diverse perspectives.
Develop a deep user empathy for both for customer and partner.
Going technically deep into areas of M365 and quickly ramping up on new technologies
Understand competitive solutions.
Work across multiple disciplines and teams (partner back-end teams, development, design, research, support, documentation, and marketing) to deliver compelling experiences.
Understand user feedback and telemetry data to validate we are shipping the right experiences.
Use data to understand and prioritize initiatives, measure current state, and track attainment of stated metrics.
Identify tooling, product, and process gaps to iteratively drive improvement back into the core product and reporting tools.
Socialize and drive consensus with partner teams to bring out cohesive experiences across Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of managed service providers and the security management space.
Possess excellent cross group and interpersonal skills necessary to articulate the business needs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
Experience working effectively across teams to deliver results.
Passion for experiences and familiarity with UX design principles.
Experience in designing and running A/B experiments.
Growth Mindset with a desire to continually learn and apply new skills to a broad range of projects as you dig in to complex problems and create solutions that scale to a large system and codebase.
Understanding of Cloud technology and developing large scale services
Proven track record of shipping secure, high-quality software through all phases of the product lifecycle in a critical production environment.
