Job Description
As an Applications Engineer specializing in test automation frameworks, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our testing processes. You will work collaboratively with the QA and development teams to develop and enhance automation frameworks that ensure the reliability and quality of our software products. Your expertise in various tools and technologies will help us maintain high standards of quality while delivering features rapidly.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Enhance and maintain existing test automation frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
Design, develop, and execute automated test cases.
Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and frameworks.
Provide timely feedback and support for issues reported by product teams.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed automation tools and processes.
Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Proven experience in software development and test automation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
Experience with test automation frameworks and quality assurance practices.
Technical Skills:
Automation Tools : Selenium, Mocha, TestNG
ALM: Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Build Tools : Jenkins, Maven
Programming Languages : Java, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Test Automation : Strong understanding of test automation principles and practices
Knowledge of AI concepts and machine learning frameworks will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptable with a willingness to learn new technologies.
