AT&T Sr Specialist Applications Development - Java/J2ee & Azure in Hyderabad, India

Job Description:

Required skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in technologies/frameworks like JEE, Spring, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring DAO, Spring REST etc.

  • Good understanding ORM frameworks like JPA, Hibernate

  • Experience in RESTful and SOAP based web services

  • Experience in developing micro service using Spring Boot

  • Experience of web development with spring MVC

  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle

  • Knowledge in microservices Architecture and Design Patterns

  • Knowledge of real-time data streaming and messaging solutions like Kafka, IEBUS

  • Experience with tools like Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar and security scans (like Veracode)

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure is a plus.

  • Experience with agile tools and methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Developer, you would be working to develop modules and features from scratch while working with a small functional and dev team.

  • You would start with understanding the architecture and the code structure and then ramp up to work independently on features and make decisions so as to build a scalable product.

  • You would be expected to take ownership of the tasks and contribute as an individual contributor with minimal supervision

You should provide a overlap with the US time zone (EST)
