We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to be part of our Mobile Platform Team in India. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of talented individuals and influence the architecture and technical direction of ModMed’s mobile apps and deliver a consistent and elevated experience to our care providers.
Your Role:
Drive the architecture, design and development efforts for assigned apps, modules and initiatives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment with business objectives.
Simplify intricate requirements into manageable deliverables and milestones.
Ensure that led deliverables meet both functional and non-functional criteria, and proactively drive adjustments where needed.
Lead the technical direction, provide mentorship and drive excellence in the team.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the team through design, code, and operational reviews.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Over 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.
Demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking and technical proficiency, showcasing the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Strong aptitude for effective communication and collaboration across functional teams.
Extensive background in iOS/iPadOS development.
Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and various iOS frameworks.
Experience in AI/ML, particularly with CoreML
Previous exposure to the healthcare domain is advantageous.
