We are looking for YOU , our new SQM Category Engineer PCB category based in VT Romania. You will be joining a passionate, partnering and pioneering global team being responsible to drive our policy “Passionate for Quality” within the supply chain of Vitesco Technologies. Besides you introduce new components for our innovative products to bring our mission of powering clean mobility alive.

Your new challenges:

• SQM Engineer for PCB components within the Cluster Electro-Mechanics

• Defining a supplier strategy in cooperation with Purchasing based on technology roadmaps on global base

• Negotiate and track quality requirements towards suppliers

• Implementing technology specific Quality Category Requirements, including Lessons learned & read across

• Releasing new suppliers and technologies based on VDA 6.3 audits for implementing and complying to IATF and VDA standards

• Lead Supplier Improvement Programs, including managing escalations

• Contributing to the supplier related quality report of the organization

• Lead Supplier component reviews and contribute to sourcing decision

• Perform APQP with supplier and ensure in time release of purchased components

• Perform Risk Assessment in case of deviation and drive risk minimization

• Release change management within series phase

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical(Chemical or electromechanical) Engineering;

• Min. 3 years in PCB Engineering, quality, supplier quality management;

• Presentation skill and communication in English is required;

• Experience in Automotive industry is preferred;

• VDA6.3 auditor certificate is a plus;

• Understanding for different cultures;

• Work independently & Work under pressure.
