S & T Bank Administrative Services Specialist II - Solution Center Sales in Indiana, Pennsylvania

Work Days and Expected Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be flexible around department hours)

Function: Assumes responsibility for providing support and follow up to the Solution Center Sales Personal Bankers and Solution Center Sales Management team to help to increase sales production and exceptional customer service experiences. Supports entire Division by performing tasks related to broader organizational needs and ensures efficient operation of Sales Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibility for ensuring the satisfactory handling of internal and customer follow up on service and sales related functions by performing the following functions:

Promptly responding to customer/internal inquiries in a courteous and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Promptly following up on calls to consumer lending officers on outstanding loan issues, deficiencies and to satisfy loan stipulations.

Performs outbound calls to deposit customers to follow up and clear any exception items.

Follows up with IRA / CD department for clarification and completion of necessary Ascensus documents to eliminate IRA exceptions.

Provides support to all other requests of Solution Center Personal Bankers and Solution Center Management as needed.

Demonstrates a technically proficient knowledge in the functionality of several of the following products through:

IBS Insight

Service request manager

Digital Banking Products (CEB, BEB, Mobile)

Cardbase system

Customer Information System

Loan/Deposit/Retirement system

Schedules Solution Center Personal Bankers loan closing appointments with the branch network.

Monitors and distributes on a rotating basis all Sales related emails from Service division.

Responds in a professional manner to all incoming email requests from customers. Distributes them when needed and consults with management on escalated email concerns.

Reviews Elan credit card application declination codes in an effort to retain sales opportunities. Provides follow-up as necessary with Personal Bankers for further consideration.

When following up with customers; identifies and addresses customer needs by recommending any additional applicable products and services that may represent a value to the customer and coordinates follow-up with the Personal Bankers.

Assists Management with tracking of all promotions and provides ad hoc reporting for sales and service initiatives.

Provides recorded calls to Compliance for HMDA review and tracking.

Follows up with FIG (Financial Intelligence Group) on fraudulent accounts (closed by Personal Bankers) and completes the necessary workflow documents required.

Maintains a good working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.

Supports line of business positions housed at Solution Center by coordinating ancillary sales and follow-up as necessary.

Provides flex administrative assistant support to other departments as necessary including but not limited to various middle office responsibilities and supporting Retail Operations and Consumer Banking Training functions.

Assumes additional duties as required.

Physical Demands

Operates a keypad device: 80% of the day. Operates electronic/office equipment 20% of the day. Walking is required 20% of the day. Standing is required 20 % of the day. Reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting 30% of the day. Routinely lifts 10 lbs., 10% of the day. Maximum lift is 20 lbs., 10% of the day. Possess the ability to focus visually at a close distance of 18"-20" for a period of up to 60% of the business day. Education

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent basic academic education.

Experience

Two to five years of general experience required. Two to five years of specialized experience of retail banking products to include lending and deposit account opening process preferred.

Salary Range:

$15.00 - $24.04
