Make a Difference

Principal Trainers are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training curriculum and materials. Epic Principal Trainers will be a knowledgeable authority on their primary area and provide support and to other Epic teams and Community Health Network end users. Principal Trainers gain in-depth knowledge of the software by attending Epic training and completing and maintaining application certification.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to communicate effectively, use interpersonal skills and collaborate with others.

· Bachelor’s degree in primary or secondary education, adult education, clinical areas or related strongly preferred.

· A minimum of one or more years of training and/or curricula design required.

· Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred.

· Must achieve appropriate Epic certification within 4 months of hire.
