Martin Marietta Senior Process Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana
Martin Marietta is currently looking for our next Senior Division Process Engineer. This position will be reporting to the VP of Operation Excellence and will be responsible for supporting the Central Divisions operations by providing solutions to operational excellence objectives. This positions primary responsibilities will include improving plant and product availability, safety, scheduling and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects throughout multiple sites within the division.
- Lead and engage teams to improve processes for operational excellence.
- Managing and analyzing all data, records and equipment histories to ensure accurate and consistent tracking.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
- Complete responsibilities while adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Presenting audit findings to management team on operational findings and suggest improvement.
- Understanding safety rules and policies to create dashboards, forms of reporting and presenting analytics.

Work Environment: This job operates 20% of the time in mining locations to include quarries, mines and remote offices. 80% of the time will be in a professional office environment.
