TEACHERS, minimum Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education (18 credits), or a CDA (Child Development Associate), with a Professional Development Plan to acquire an Early Childhood relevant Associate's Degree; AND 480 hours of experience working with young children.
ASSISTANT TEACHERS, minimum CDA, or are enrolled in a CDA credential program to be completed within two years of the time of hire, or are enrolled in a program that will lead to an Associate's degree with coursework relevant to Early Childhood Education AND experience working with young children.
CLASSROOM AIDES, minimum of high school diploma or GED, AND experience working with young children.
