Job Title: Application Engineer Adhesive Technologies
Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: M-F 8-5, 1 hour lunch
Type: Contract 9 months
Pay: $25-30/hour
Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
Working with internal and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated laboratory skills
Presenting results to technical team
Statistical analysis
Responsibilities:
Working together application engineer to develop the semiconductor packaging material for advanced packaging.
It requires ownership and responsibility for assigned work and will operate the semiconductor application equipment including failure analysis
