Marketing Assistant Manager - Gynecology

The Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager is a newly created role to create a strong brand presence and drive growth from the ground up in our Gynecology division. We are seeking a dynamic-oriented marketer who will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth goals.  The ideal candidate will be  motivated to actively support and enable an environment where all our team members, and our customers, can be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels.

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration.

  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

  • Design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.

  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for leadership reporting and optimization.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.

  • Coordinate events and tradeshows including offsite planning, preparation, and logistical coordination of various regional meetings and workshops, and onsite and remote support for tradeshows as necessary.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • Three or more years of marketing experience.

  • Proven success in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

  • Experience driving growth through digital, email, offline, and social channels.

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute to and work from our Irvine Office.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, ability to lift and carry over  50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters.

  • Ability to stand, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.
