Robert Half Email Marketing Coordinator in Irwindale, California
Description We are in search of an Email Marketing Manager based in Irwindale, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns, coordinating social media activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage social media accounts by crafting compelling content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Build and schedule emails through various Email Service Providers.
• Assist the marketing team in strengthening ties with our community and spreading brand awareness through influencer marketing programs.
• Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including CRM and Database platforms.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the content team to suggest engaging and compelling marketing materials.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Contribute ideas for social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Compile and analyze data to contribute insights for strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in an Email Marketing Manager role or similar
• Proficiency in CRM and Database management
• Familiarity with Email Service Providers
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Experience with Exact Target or similar email marketing tools
• Understanding and experience with AB Testing
• Adherence to Best Practices in email marketing
• Ability to drive Brand Awareness through email marketing strategies
• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution
