Our offer

With Marketing & trade & category marketing director & the other brand & trade & category marketing team members, drive, recommend, and execute the brand strategy via BtoB partnerships and building a strong Perrier & Maison Perrier community, in line with the global PERRIER & MAISON PERRIER brand strategy, on short term (ICP) and long term (MBS), in collaboration with other FBU teams, Zone, SBU and the local markets & distributors

Your day-to-day tasks

1/ On-Trade / BtoB Development through Partnerships, International Events and Activations

  • Identify, negotiate and manage global on-trade partnerships and agreements. In particular, lead the global partnerships with 50 Best Bars and Bar World 100. Propose and support markets with regional partnerships and agreements with local on-trade awards, trade fairs and events

  • Lead the event and communication organization and management with local markets, on-trade partners and event agencies.

  • Through on-trade partnerships, business developments and activations build and grow the international Perrier bar and larger on-trade community. Operate as a leading international brand ambassador for Perrier and Maison Perrier across the hospitality industry and support markets in relationship and business development with the local bar and hospitality industry

  • Develop on-trade and event activation concepts and toolkits with the full Marketing and trade & category marketing team and follow-up implementation across markets.

2/ Internal International Events and PERRIER & MAISON PERRIER Community Building

  • Lead and organize the annual internal strategic global council event from concept to implementation. Work hand in hand with multiple company stakeholders, event management agencies and audiovisual agencies.

  • Lead the Perrier Academy onboarding program with online courses, in-person trainings and factory visits for markets. Manage and drive the sharing of business best practices.

  • Manage and drive the sharing of business best practices across markets through the SPARK program and motivate markets to participate in Perrier and Maison Perrier awards program

Support markets in excellence in execution : training, workshop, on-boarding, guidance book. Share Best Practices and develop a trade & category marketing community within PERRIER & MAISON PERRIER

Secure, in collaboration with international sales team, that this trade & category marketing brand strategy is communicated, understood, and executed flawlessly by affiliates markets and distributors.

CDT Budget management in collaboration with other trade & category marketing members and finance team

Some travel is to be expected : Around 5 one week trips (US/Latam/Asia/Europe) per year

Your assets for success

  • Sales and trade & category marketing > 5/6 years minimum on different brands/businesses incl HORECA experience (RME/RDE or trade & category marketing role locally)

  • Event organization experience (internal and/or external)

  • Marketing experience is a plus

  • International experience is a real plus, at least experience in multi-market project
