Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads the design and development of data collection and data analysis processes to allow accurate real-time monitoring and improvement of DCS programs and processes. Facilitates the development of metrics and measures for DCS processes and programs and the collection and analysis of performance data. Supports interpretation of measurement tools. Creates and supports performance and evaluation tools and systems for accurate, organized, and complete metrics and performance information. Develops and supports volunteers who are the primary Red Cross workforce. Engages volunteers as equal team members with specific responsibilities as part of their work. Supports large-scale relief operations activities when required. Experience with report writing and project management, including developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area.
Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
Adapt precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
Requirements

: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required. Six sigma certifications preferred. Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: N/A Skills & Abilities: High level of understanding of the organization's business systems and processes as well as industry-wide requirements. Must demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition. Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment. Microsoft Office Suite. Database Applications. Ability to work on a team.
