We're seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing, remote team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this contract-to-hire role, you'll play a pivotal role in managing critical BI projects, fostering collaboration across departments, and wielding your expertise in cutting-edge technologies to propel our business forward.
What You'll Do:
Be the champion of major project transitions, migrating data from Microsoft Synapse to Fabric and transitioning Power BI from Portal to Embedded Analytics.
Bridge the gap between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Unleash the power of BI tool to dissect complex data, uncover hidden patterns, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Master the art of data analysis and visualization with SQL and Power BI, turning data into insightful stories.
Dedicate roughly 25% of your time to project management tasks, keeping projects on track and on time.
Craft clear and concise Business Requirement Documents, ensuring everyone's on the same page about project goals and needs.
Approach problem-solving and project management with a flexible and inquisitive mindset.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with a willingness to learn and explore additional BI tools.
Experience with project management methodologies and a knack for keeping projects on track.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships across departments.
A problem-solver with a curious mind and a passion for turning data into insightful stories.
