Medtronic Business Process Operations Manager in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

· Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.

· Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

· Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

· Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

· Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

· Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

· Propose new capabilities and functions to drive greater Director Enterprise Accounts (DEA) and stakeholder effectiveness.

· Define and standardize the customer engagement process, operating model, and enablers.

· Develop, coordinate, and implement sales enablement, account planning, and account management tools, processes, and systems that ensure standardization.

· Drive DEA data strategy, management, systems, and governance.

· Develop DEA analytics, insights, and reporting.

· Define DEA KPIs and metrics.

· Develop and automate DEA metrics.

· Oversee executive reporting and QBRs.

· Create processes to align Operating Unit (OU) Commercial Leadership to Enterprise DEA strategy.

· Deliver and facilitate the cross-functional support required for DEA success.

· Facilitate communication processes between US Market Leadership, US Market Commercial Teams, Functions, and OU Commercial Leaders.

· Connect strategy, processes, and tools across functions, operating units, and regions to socialize, promote, and align DEA programs.

· Execute regular communication cadence with prominent stakeholders throughout Medtronic on DEA initiatives’ impact and KPIs to OUs, Global Regions Leaders, cross-functional partners, and US Market Org.

· Provide leadership to enact best-in-class metrics and KPI tracking.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
