Job Title: 2nd Shift - Quality Inspector
Job Description
Our client designs, manufactures, and powder coats metal fuel tanks, skids, frames, trailers, and other related products. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.
Responsibilities
Perform 'bubble checking' to inspect tanks for leaks by spraying and testing for bubbles.
Document findings using an application, requiring proficiency with electronics.
Conduct physical inspections involving walking, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for 8+ hours per day.
Perform visual inspections without using precision measuring tools.
Complete sign-off sheets for inspected items.
Essential Skills
6 months to 1 year of manufacturing quality experience.
Proficiency in quality control and quality inspection.
Experience with inspection, quality assurance, calipers, micrometers, and visual inspections.
Good job tenure and a solid work ethic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong attendance record.
Team player attitude willing to assist other departments when needed.

Work Environment
This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 2pm to 10pm. The role involves physical activity, including walking, crawling, bending, and lifting. A shift premium is provided for 2nd shift work.

This is a Contract position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
