Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be responsible for operating the Mill machine, bending metal into pipe form. This role involves changing out metal rolls, troubleshooting, performing minor mechanical repairs, conducting quality checks, and making adjustments on machines. Additionally, you will perform basic preventative maintenance and minor welding tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided for specific job functions, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The plant consists of roughly 100 employees distributed over 4 shifts in a non-union, safe, and friendly workplace. Various shifts are available with premium rates for weekend shifts. Initial training will be conducted over 3-6 months during the first shift, with potential to move to other shifts based on performance and business needs.
