Duties and Responsibilities:
Wipe down all common area appliances
Sweep and mop all common area hard floors
Vacuum common area floors and stairwells
Clean all common area windows (interior and sills)
Clean all common area doors inside and out
Sweep entrance areas into all buildings
All baseboards
Empty common area trash cans
Clean all building laundry areas (to include exterior of washer/dryers, all flooring in and around laundry area)
Clean the Leasing Office: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom, all glass surfaces.
Pick up around property grounds on daily basis - keep office aware of any on-going problem areas so that residents can be notified.
Cleaning/ touching up of vacant apartments at turn as determined by Property Manager.
