Experienced payroll professional needed for a well established payroll team.
Job Overview
Efficiently and accurately process both union and non-union payrolls, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Leverage advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze payroll data, create reports, and maintain accurate records.
Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, ensuring accurate tax calculations, proper reporting, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
Analyze and resolve complex payroll discrepancies, collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into payroll data and trends.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Preferred Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience- Supervisory/management experience would be a plus
Experience working ADP Workday
Proven expertise in processing high volume payroll.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
