Job Description: Marketing ManagerLocation: Jersey City, NJtapyoca, Inc is an exciting new next-gen music/media/tech company with a commitment to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a creative, results-driven and entrepreneurial-minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts.Job Summary:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and digital content.- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and promotions.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.What We Offer:- Competitive salary, benefits package and employee stock options.- Opportunities for career advancement.- A supportive, creative and entrepreneurial work environment.To apply, send your resume and relevant work samples to jobs@tapyoca.com
