  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform, certification preferred.
  • Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on urgency and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures accurately.
  • Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speak and write clearly and understandably at the right level.

Responsible for working with workflows, test automation and maintenance in support of the development, maintenance, integration, enhancement, and support of the ServiceNow platform following vendor best practices.

Work with workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework based on provided manual test scripts.
