As the Application Team Leader you will manage a team of Application Engineers and be responsible for customer product installations, customer training, and product application improvements. With an operational mindset, you will ensure that products are applied according to projected cost, quality, and delivery expectations. Reporting directly to the Program Director for Advanced Surface Technlogies you will organize information, mobilize resources, build work relationships through trust and respect, team working. PPG Advanced Surface Technologies also has presence in USA and EMEA region with sites in Ohio and Stuttgart area. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of vehicle patterns.
• Ensure installations are implemented with high quality, perfection, and efficiency.
• Oversee a team of installers, managing daily operations, schedules, and project availability.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing troubleshooting needs in collaboration with the Quality department.
• Study and suggest improvements for customer processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of existing products and the development of new ones.
• Influence partners, working with multiple responsibilities to achieve our goals and provide standardized, professional services to PPG Advanced Surface Technologies customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a film application engineer.
• Familiarity with program management techniques and methods.
• 5+ years of experience with performance evaluation techniques and main metrics.
• With an enthusiasm for accountability and cultural change.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
