We are seeking an experienced production manager. If you have experience in managing all aspects of projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and according to specified standards of quality and performance and can independently manages multiple projects simultaneously, this may be the perfect career opportunity for you. salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Review submittals for acceptance from Architect and GC. Respond as necessary

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and matrices to document project needs

  • Develop a detailed project plan for job foremen and create a job summary sheet and job folder

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Purchasing - Order all project materials according to schedule after obtaining job specific quotes

  • Meet with job foreman for project kick off meeting. Attend first onsite visit with job foreman to measure and review project plan

  • Meet with clients in the field to clarify specific requirements of each project and/or to attend production meetings

  • Conduct job foreman meetings as necessary

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
