JBL Resources Customer Service Representative in Kalamazoo, Michigan

Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients and distributors. • Working with customers and distributors to gather accurate details of equipment failures and providing reports to management. • Responding to customer inquiries regarding RMAs, order status, delivery timelines, and product literature. • Influencing production and shipping schedules and recommending price changes based on company and customer relationships. • Resolving production scheduling, shipping, and invoicing issues, determining the validity of warranty claims, and scheduling repair resources. • Providing phone and email support for sales teams and healthcare professionals. • Performing service order entry, data cleansing, and invoicing for services using SAP and Salesforce. • Engaging with customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional manner to build strong business relationships. • Processing all tasks in alignment with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures. • Offering after-hours support as needed based on call volume or workload demands. • Developing a strong foundation in your role while expanding your responsibilities within one or more job families. Qualifications: • Degree required. • Must have expert-level customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and effectively. • Must be highly proficient in multitasking, handling multiple inquiries, and managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Must be computer literate, with the ability to navigate and use various software applications and systems effectively. • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred. • Previous experience in a medical device or healthcare-related industry is a plus. • NO C2C CANDIDATES
