SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist the Plant Human Resources Manager with the administrative and personnel related tasks at the Manufacturing Plant. The HR intern will also assist with other Human Resource related projects as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Assist with the current Plant HR Team with administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to: filing/documentation, Talent LMS oversight, basic HRIS updates for personnel, plant appreciation event coordination, and assisting in recruiting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Some college courses completed in a Human Resources related field.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Possesses the ability to gather and organize information, detail oriented, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work 24 hours per week.

A minimum score of 20 on the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position typically does not require any travel.
