The Diez Group has multiple locations (listed below) currently seeking :

· Kansas City, Missouri (Kansas City)

· Pay $30.00 per hour (based on experience) plus overtime after 40 hours, $.075 per hour for 2nd shift differential

About the Job:

As a CDL A Truck Driver you will be responsible for the safe operation of a commercial vehicle and the reliable delivery of our clients' products.

· Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and complete documentation checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).

· Operate vehicle in accordance with Company policies & procedures, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.

· Ensure the proper securement of product while adhering to load securement requirements as outline in the DOT guidelines.

· Maintain a professional appearance at all times while representing the Company.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What does it take to be a Driver for the Diez Group?

Below are the minimum qualifications to join our team of CDL Driver’s.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, in good standing.

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • Experience with load securement and tractor-trailer driving desired.

  • Ability to receive and maintain DOT physical card.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of arithmetic.

  • Alert, focused, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

  • Flexible with working overtime as needed.

  • Must follow all company policies, including attendance.

Salary Description

$70,000-$75,000/yearly
