Job Title: Electrical Engineer

We are on the lookout for a dynamic experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our multi-disciplinary power generation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the scope of work, conceptual design, and execution plans for the electrical portion of projects. Your responsibilities will also include preparing engineering cost and man-hour estimates and schedules, performing project management duties, and reporting to the Operations Director, Lead Project Manager, and President. You will be tasked with creating or directing the creation of construction documents for the installation of new or modifications of existing power generating facility electrical systems. In addition, you will provide leadership, guidance, instruction, and mentorship to less experienced team members. Regular meetings and correspondence with clients or outside personnel, coordinating departmental and divisional initiatives, and developing equipment specifications, procuring, and factory acceptance testing electrical equipment will also be part of your job role.

Work Environment

This position requires regular meetings and correspondence with clients or outside personnel and coordination of departmental and divisional initiatives. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director, Lead Project Manager, and President.
