Position: Client Service Representative

We are looking for an exceptional Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help us deliver top-notch care and customer service every day.

Key Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming atmosphere: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and kindness, answering calls, and escorting clients to exam rooms.
Schedule and manage appointments: Coordinate, confirm, and manage appointment scheduling to keep our hospital running smoothly.
Follow-up and outreach: Proactively place outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and to reach out to prospective clients.
Manage billing and payments: Clearly explain fees, process payments, and assist with product/service recommendations.
Educate clients: Provide guidance on non-medical pet care (like heartworm prevention, flea & tick control, and housebreaking) to ensure pets live happy, healthy lives.
Organize and maintain medical records: Keep accurate medical records and charts up-to-date, and assist with administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe environment: Ensure the hospital is pristine, both inside and out, to provide the best experience for clients and pets alike.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, energetic personality with a strong passion for both customer service and animal care.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A professional, can-do attitude, with a dedication to maintaining high standards of service.
Previous experience in customer service or a veterinary setting is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage starting at $15-16/hour , based on experience.
