JMMS, LLC Head of Creative Projects in Kearny, New Jersey
Head of Creative Projects. Responsible for the development of projects in the field of internet content creation. Develop and hone content with a massive international fanbase and help build through output and analysis of content specifically tailored to best appeal to target demographics. Select scripts and topics for internet content productions. Coordinate and oversee production from conception to completion. Audition and select cast members and production crew. Approve the design and financial aspects of productions. Oversee production process, including sound, lighting, performances, editing, music selection, special effects, and a performance’s overall tone. Ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget. Promote finished productions through advertisements, film festivals, and interviews. Handle all aspects of business dealings while exploring creative partnerships with brands who would like to use our services, platform, and founder’s likeness in promotional materials. Distribute work through internationally popular social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter. Play critical role in business development, including securing sponsors and advertising spots, which is essential to a given channel's earnings. Utilize information, aesthetics, and algorithmic optimization, to earn significant numbers of followers and views, which are directly related to ad revenue. Oversee the editing and post-production processes such that the original creative vision of a project is accurately met. Serve as founder and caretaker of all online projects. Utilize Google Analytics for analysis of customer performance, YouTube Analytics for analysis of video performance, Fourthwall and Shopify e-commerce platforms for selling merchandise, Salesforce customer relationships management software, JIRA, Notion product management software, and Spotify, Facebook, and Twitter, digital advertising platforms.
