What You Will Do: Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately. Performs duties and responsibilities regarding opening and processing changes on accounts. Actively engage with members to build relationships, identifying their financial needs while educating them on products and services to help their financial wellbeing. Demonstrates and provides support for digital services. Assumes all duties as assigned by management. Who are You: You are enthusiastic and passionate about helping others. You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them. You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations. You seek new ways to serve others in your community. You work well with others, even when things don't go as planned. You embrace change and a fast pace. You are organized, detail oriented, and can multi-task. You can perform basic mathematical calculations. You have a High School degree or GED (required); and 1 year's financial experience.
