Vacation, sick, holiday, funeral, and jury duty pay. *Provide Human Resources support for over 900 Team Members in the PNW. *Administer the policies and procedures for the Kelso CBA with the union as well as exempt and non-union policies. *Plan, organize, and direct administrative activities of the Human Resources Department. Develop departmental systems and evaluate results in relation to established goals. Establish new approaches, procedures and guidelines to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed and within established policies and union contract. *Recruit for vacancies at all levels. Management positions to be filled in accordance with the Succession/Manpower Planning. *Develop and executerecruitingplans. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees. Develop and track goals for therecruitingandhiringprocess. Coordinate and implement high school, collegeand technical recruitinginitiatives. *Help create an inclusive and positive culture through meaningful employee engagement programs including onboarding, Team Member recognition, Team Member perks and offerings, Team Member resource groups, etc. *Identify opportunities and manage platforms for Team Members to share work experiences and celebrate achievements. *Collaborate with other Team Members to design and manage events to keep the Team Members engaged and motivated. *Plan and execute all Team Member events sponsored by the company, including employee and family mixers, wellness events, philanthropic efforts, and holiday events. *Develop and monitor Team Member recognition programs. *Provide training and development for all levels of management to ensure personnel with necessary skills are available in the future. *Manage Team Member Health/Medical Services and ensure that Team Members are treated within the established guidelines, while protecting Foster Farms assets from liability. *Administer and guide salary/wage decisions, performance appraisals and assist in individual developmental plans. *Establish EEO and AA plans of action, in accordance with Foster Farms' policies. Train management in Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity. *Conduct legal investigations. *Ensure the effective administration of all Human Resources related record keeping through staff. *Provide assistance with Corporate and Company-wide initiatives, such as Poultry Post, Relocation, United Way, etc. *P
