Robert Half Assistant Corporate Controller in Kenilworth, New Jersey
Description
A construction company in Kenilworth is looking to add an Assistant Controller to their team. They would love to see a background that includes month end close responsibilities, real estate taxes, and supervisory of AR. The role will be reporting to the CAO and supervise 3 within the accounting team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
CPA/MBA preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Solid technical skills
Recent relevant financial experience
Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
