Job Title: Milling CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Milling CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, along with a keen eye for detail and quality. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints to set up and operate CNC milling machines.

  • Perform quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

  • Complete 2-5 set-ups daily.

  • Conduct tool changes and offsets as required.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints.

  • Experience with tool changes and offsets.

  • Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment (automotive, medical, or aerospace) is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is for the 2nd shift, working from 3 pm to 1:30 am, Monday to Thursday. Our facility specializes in manufacturing medical devices, primarily surgical instruments, and maintains an extremely clean and climate-controlled environment. You will be part of a team of approximately 100 employees and report directly to the Machining Manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
