Job Title: Milling CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Milling CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, along with a keen eye for detail and quality. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints to set up and operate CNC milling machines.
Perform quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Complete 2-5 set-ups daily.
Conduct tool changes and offsets as required.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Experience with tool changes and offsets.
Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment (automotive, medical, or aerospace) is a plus.

Work Environment
The position is for the 2nd shift, working from 3 pm to 1:30 am, Monday to Thursday. Our facility specializes in manufacturing medical devices, primarily surgical instruments, and maintains an extremely clean and climate-controlled environment. You will be part of a team of approximately 100 employees and report directly to the Machining Manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
